‘HOW BIG IS YOURS?’

Have you ever typed into your browser ‘Movies that have made a difference’ or words to that effect?

Well, you could have typed in ‘The ten best meals ever!’ and quickly come to the conclusion that there are as many answers to a question as there are hairs up your nose. So where does opinion end and fact begin?

As a creative and practical person I tend not to verbalise philosophical stuff too much, but instead, go with my gut or what tends to be a ‘collective sense’ of what is bleedin’ well obvious.

A friend recently asked how big my carbon footprint was and my flippant reply was ‘well you know what they say about people with big feet.’ I quickly stopped the banter, realising the seriousness of my friend’s question, particularly when he started to interrogate me about the efficiency of my gas boiler.

To cut a long story short: This whole thing about ‘how big is yours’ has made me realise that perhaps products like my company’s personalised marketing video mails could have a huge global impact if they could replace their eco-unfriendly ancestor: the Mail Shot.

To me this is one of those collective senses of the bleedin’ well obvious!

All I need is a really clever ‘How big’s yours’ campaign to encourage my marketing video mails

and thus help slow down global warming.

Perhaps movies, well video mails, can make a difference after all.

I’ll probably get a new gas boiler as well just to be on the safe side.
